The Role:
We are looking to engage a Technical Lead Architect who will be leading a team of Cisco and Oracle Subject Matter experts in the delivery of a Cisco CUCM and Oracle ACME SBC solution to replace the current Genband CS2K
Role and responsibilities:
- Solution Architect for CUCM and Oracle SBC Telephony System. This also includes the telephony system integration with Contact Centre Systems such as Genesys, Verint Call Recording and Nuance Voice Biometrics
- High Level Architecture and Detailed Design of the new Telephony System and the transition strategy. This includes design authority for the Telephony System.
- Strong Interworking and Communication with the Program Manager and Project Managers to manage actions and issues. This role requires hands on coordination of the Technical Delivery of the Cisco and Oracle components
- The role is client facing and requires working closely with the client Architects and Business Representatives. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to present and articulate technical solutions and options to varying levels of stakeholders from business users, Architects and Executives if required.
Australian Citizens with minimum Baseline clearance will only be considered for the role.
