About the role:

The person in this role will be ultimately responsible for Technical and Engagement aspects, Quality Assurance and Governance for our solutions and provide supervision of technical and implementation related activities, escalating and reporting to the Practice Manager as needed. The solutions offered are based on Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, therefore deep technical experience in SharePoint is required.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and review the solutions recommended
• Plan and estimate effort needed to deliver the solutions requested by the customer
• Provide Technical oversight and recommendations for the Implementation team on how to best develop the solution required by the customer
• Hands-On Architecture or Design activities, mainly in SharePoint
• Ability to work as one team with project and business partners and provide mentoring and technical leadership for the rest of the team members as needed

Experience required:

• 3-4 years of a Senior SharePoint Technical Lead in a corporate environment
• 5-6 years of technical experience in other Microsoft Technologies
• Technical expertise of Microsoft technologies, specifically SharePoint
  Technical expertise with Microsoft’s Online platforms and software, specifically Azure Platform as a Service offerings and Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint Online, Yammer, Delve, etc.)
• Have a keen working knowledge and ability to work with the team’s tools and techniques (specifically, rapid prototyping, wire framing, SCRUM/Agile development methodologies and light/zero touch deployment approaches)
• Ability to conceptualise ideas and visions, think creatively and quickly grasp and understand business needs and strategic directions
• Ability to mentor staff members and lead to improved internal collaboration in order to align our solutions to deliver greater benefits to our clients
• Ability to influence and negotiate at project levels, in order to recommend viable options and IT preferred direction / solutions
