- Urgent shortlisting IT support vacancy in large blue-chip corporate office.
- Looking for candidates with previous IT Support/Help Desk experience.
- Strong technical background in Windows OS, desktop/laptop, hardware/software, end user support.
- Apple OS experience will be looked upon favourably.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT Support, customer facing role in a fast paced corporate environment.
- Build devices, performing IT troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Tracking, routing and redirecting problems to correct resources.
- Coordinate and follow-up with end users.
- Updating documentation as required such as quick reference guides, support documentation; contribute to common fixes and existing knowledge base.
Required Experience
- Strong English communication skills are a must.
- Ability to deal with corporate staff in a friendly and professional manner over the phone and face to face.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in an IT Support and Help Desk role.
- Troubleshooting, good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-starter, proactive and have initiative!
- Must have good accurate records keeping skills.
- Co-ordination skills and able to manage multiple priorities.
