Part Time 4 days per week will be considered

Our Federal Government client located in Civic is seeking an exceptionally talented/experienced contractor to work closely with Chief Information Officer (CIO), Solutions Architect and Technology Leaders to develop and document the 2019-2023 ICT Strategic Plan.

To be considered you'll have the following skills & experience:

• Strong presentation/facilitation skills.
• Highly developed verbal, written and presentation skills including the ability to present recommendations clearly and effectively.
• Ability to write and design content to engage an audience.
• Extensive experience using the Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable

The Role

As part of the team responsible for developing the plan, prepare artefacts to facilitate engagement with internal and external stakeholders

• Coordinate, participate and lead workshops and meetings, including all logistics (eg; booking meeting rooms, sending meeting invites, agenda preparation etc) and ensure discussions are captured and validated.
• Undertake high level research, horizon scanning and analysis to identify future ICT trends, related strategies, policy priorities and issues.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide robust and evidence based advice about strategic issues.
• Review the existing business and technology strategy documents and relate then to the 2019-2020 ICT Strategy.
• Translate technical information into simplified terms.
• Develop all communication material, including visual diagrams and story boards to present the future ICT Strategy to Executive.

Location: CBD - modern building

Contract: July to December 2018 with option to renew
