A growing Managed Service practice is looking for a Service Delivery Manager. This organisation has a very advanced SOC capability and has recently won a number of high-profile customers who will be transitioning over the next 3 months.

You will be the named delivery lead across all client accounts, run monthly meetings, manage escalations, manage enquiries on service definition, scope, SLA's etc. and take ownership of client reporting. 

You should expect to use your war stories to help the ongoing improvements of the process and ongoing client management. You won't be given a large portfolio, this company have a stronger customer focus and will assign you only 20 clients. 

A small part of this role will involve the on-boarding of new clients into SOC services. Your previous roles would have involved the delivery of security services, ideally within an MSSP.
