Job Description

We have an opportunty for a Project Manager to support a large Facilities project.  This role will be based at our Kingston office and will report into the Senior Project Manager.  

A "Day in the Life" will see you;

• Coordinate, manage and exercise planning, organising, control, integration and completion of program tasks within area of assigned responsibility. 
• Provide analysis and advice to the program manager on project health.
• Manage stakeholders, and negotiate changes to delivery schedules and requirements and any associated contract changes as required
• Execute project according to project plan. Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Develop project schedules and maintain visibility of risks and actively manage them
• Assist with procurement activities and evaluation of tender responses.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will offer 4 + years in the management of medium size projects, preferable with experience in managing a facilities project.

Additional Information

This position will require the successful candidate to be Australian Citizen as they will be required to obtain a security clearance.
