We have an opportunity for a Network/Solutions Engineer.

About the role:

Working together you and the team will create solutions that solve the customer's business and technology problems.

In essence you will:

• Build and enhance customer cloud and hybrid IT environments
• Deploy complex compute and networking solutions
• Diagnose and resolve problems
• Delight customers in every engagement
• Run Internal & External Projects (troubleshooting)
• Service Delivery

About you:

You are a true all-rounder with exposure to a wide range of data centre and cloud technologies.

You will need this skill set and background to be successful:

• Networking – load balancing, OSI model, dynamic routing, network design fundamentals. Vendors: F5, Cisco, Juniper, Foundry
• Security – firewalls, VPNs, UTM. Vendors: Cisco, Fortinet
• Compute – Windows, Linux, virtualization. Vendors: Microsoft, RHEL, VMware, Hyper V
• Storage – masking, zoning, NAS. Vendors: EMC
• Other knowledge – DNS, SNMP, scripting and automation using Ansible or Jenkins.
