We are looking for career Business Analysts with at least 7 years experience. Your role is everything BA - Building Business Cases, AS IS and TO BE Analysis, Process Optimisation. And, you're able to help with Change and Impact assessment, Testing and Deployment, Benefits Realisation planning and mapping.
There are three key characteristics we are looking for
- An ability to engage with all levels of the Business and connect with them to build viable requirements and where necessary challenge and encourage conversations to help drive out the best outcomes.
- Experience in the Utilities Industry (such as Gas, Power or Water) and the ability to communicate with stakeholders in their language; and help them bridge the gap between old and new.
- A collaborative and team oriented approach, getting immersed in the important detail to help solve problems, and adaptable to multiple assignments across multiple projects.
Our client is located in outer Melbourne. We focus on outcomes, so flexible working hours and working remotely can be accommodated.
