Looking for a Digital Producer with 3-5 years experience in a Digital producer / Project Management experience.
The role
• Working closely with Account managers from pitch and scoping phase to develop and implement solutions
• Excellent Stakeholder management skills
• Define and manage team expectations regarding scope of work and responsibilities
• Effectively manage risk through communicating and escalating where needed.
• Develop and manage all production schedules, projections, specifications, assets and budgets for assigned jobs
• Produce wireframes, workflow diagrams & other project documentation (sometimes including technical documentation in tandem with the development team)
• Potentially hold client workshops or training sessions
• Reconciliation and analysis of projected vs. actual time/budgets and control of any variances
• Participate in the QA process to ensure projects are delivered to agreed upon specifications
• Work in tandem with Account Management to help identify new opportunities with clients
• Be active and driven to expand and improve the scope and quality of digital work produced
• liaise with on-site and off-shore development teams
Your experience
• Must have experience managing digital projects from end to end.
• Ideally you will have a good technical understanding; good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript & CMS (Wordpress / Magento ... etc.)
• You will have experience producing a range of digital products / assets.. this could be anything from an eDM to an enterprise level web application or even a platform migration.
• Ideally will have previous experience working in an agency environment: Working with internal teams and external suppliers managing scopes of work and expectations.
