We are committed to making high quality fertility treatment accessible to all patients at the lowest possible price, offering full-service, professional treatments to patients throughout their treatment pathway.
We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-focused individual to join our Data Integrity team. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity and currency in our bespoke database. This involves data audits, data import/ exports, archiving, as well as data extraction to assist with reporting on business critical performance indicators. You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting hardware associated with the database and troubleshooting the integrated website portal.
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- Strong analytical skills;
- Demonstrated attention to detail using a methodical systematic approach;
- Ability to commence work from 7am to service IT matters arising from early morning patient appointments. Also flexibility with respect to some occasional rostered weekend work;
- Demonstrated time management skills;
- High levels of self-motivation and initiative;
- Advanced computer literacy and interest in information technology;
- Previous experience in a data management/data integrity capacity; and
- Knowledge / familiarity with Apple Mac OS and hardware.
Advantageous to your application:
- Previous experience in data management/integrity in a health setting;
- Extensive Apple Mac OS and Windows knowledge; and
- Experience with web technologies and programming languages.
