One of our premium clients based in Canberra is looking for a highly experienced and committed User Research. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of the company.
- Identify user needs and ensure that your team understands them and keeps user needs at front of mind when making product and prioritisation decisions
- Plan and conduct a range of research including contextual enquiry, depth interviews, diary studies and others as required
- Ability to articulate clear and actionable insights and recommendations, and in multiple ways (such as service maps, customer journeys etc)
- Ability to analyse and draw insights across different bodies of user research
- Have previous experience in agile and work at pace as part of an agile multi-disciplined team.
