Your new company
This large government department is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join a specialty division to deliver on complex ICT Project initiatives.

Your new role
In your new role you will work closely with the Project Manager as well as with the business application and IT owners to gather requirements, identify functional requirements and determine change impacts. You will take on the planning of the business analysis approach as well as conducting gap analysis, developing process maps, documenting functional specifications and engaging with cross-business stakeholders. You will be working across 3 main initiatives within the division and thus will have to be organised, proactive, and have a high level of drive.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive experience working within complex ICT change projects. Your ability to create industry standard documentation and artifacts is crucial, as are your strong stakeholder and communication skills. Recent roles will have required you to develop functional specifications, process maps, and trace-ability matrices. Experience working in an agile environment is key for this role.
