While at it's heart this is a support role for an MSP - it is an MSP with a difference. The majority of their environments are based around hosted server and voice solutions so networking and understanding of support in private cloud environments are key for this role. 

Strong support experience with the following technologies are needed –

  • Windows Desktops in AD and thin client environments
  • Windows Server 2008 - 2012
  • Exchange 2007 - 2013, O365 - admin/support
  • Active Directory, GP, Microsoft SQL
  • Hyper V, Terminal Server
  • Cisco Switches, Routers cli level configs - CCNA preferred
  • Understanding and experience with various routing protocols will be a huge advantage
  • Understanding of security principles for networks and routers

In this role, you will get to make use of your great troubleshooting skills, combining this with a flair for communicating with non-technical clients. If you have a combination of solid desktop some server and very good networking support skills blended with energetic customer service, apply now.

  • A broad skillset and up to date knowledge of infrastructure, comms and business systems/applications.

  • Contribute high quality documentation
  • MSP experience and knowledge in MSP tools (ConnectWise, ScreenConnect and LabTech) is highly desirable.
