- 12 Month Fixed-term Contract
- North Sydney Location
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in providing level 1 and 2 helpdesk and desktop support issues with across IT hardware and software such as: PC’s, notebooks, printers, AV equipment and video conferencing
- Be the single point of contact for the support of internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical advice, guidance and informal training to end users, with high quality customer service a priority
- This will include in the roll out of new hardware-desktops, laptops and mobile phones
- Follow processes and tools to log, track escalate and resolve and report customer problems to enhance quality of customer experience
- Working as part of a team, under your own initiative, in sharing information assisting in calls and mentoring other staff
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an IT Support environment where you have provided desktop support, customer service and problem solving/troubleshooting
- Previous experience supporting service desk technologies such as Windows Server Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Exchange and SCCM
- Excellent phone manner and face to face customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
