We are looking for a graduate to join our high calibre Commercial team. Ideally you will have a degree in Information Technology, HR, Digital Media or Business. It would be an advantage if you have a background in Sales or IT but not essential.

Experience is a plus, but you won’t need to have an established background in Recruitment to be successful in this role, the environment that we create at Peoplebank is one where people with the right attitude can have extremely successful and rewarding careers. Training, mentoring and coaching will be provided in this role.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Proactive sourcing of appropriate candidate for open roles
  • Promptly responds to candidates (internet job boards, phone etc) ensure contractor care is maximised
  • Conducting interviews which are specific and targeted to the role
  • Strong phone filtering skills, time management and judgement in screening/short listing candidates
  • Manage candidate expectations well and maintaining candidate control throughout recruitment life-cycle
  • Understands urgency, is delivery focused and meets deadlines set by Account Manager
  • Coach candidates in areas of resume preparation and interview performance
  • Build outstanding relationships with candidates to assist in referral and networking activities, along with candidate career development.
  • The ability to embrace the company values at all times, demonstrates these when dealing with candidates, contractors and staff.
