The Company
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join one of the big 4 Banking Organisations in the Sydney CBD. They embrace collaboration and have solid strategic goals in place that will give you the opportunity to really reshape their investment and asset management departments.
The Role
You will be joining an existing experienced team that are delivering a critical Business Reporting Project. The position is based within the Private Wealth Technical Team and reporting to the Program Manager.
You will be:
- Implementing the planning and design phase and managing risks of a key and critical technology project
- Ensuring overall integrity of the program through managing the streams finances, budgets, delivery schedule and completion targets.
- Driving success through Agile, waterfall and Hybrid methodologies
- Monitor progress and resolve issues in a timely manner with corrective actions
- Managing the relationships with various stakeholders and third parties for smooth collaboration
Who you are
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous track record in the finance space, working on projects over $20M in a complex environment
- Solid and proven success in people management of teams over 30
- Your management style will align to the company's expectation of accountability, collaboration, problem solving and effective communications
- On the technical side you will have 5+ years of experience in technology solutions, focused around integration management, Scheduling, commercial and resource management and risk management.
