Systems Engineer

 

Green Light’s Service delivery team is assisting in delivering projects for an industry leading organisation and have a requirement for a talented Systems Engineer for contract work for 2 to 3 days a week in Melbourne CBD. In this role, The Systems Engineer will work on a high-profile customer to provide System Administration. This is contract part time work.  

Responsibilities:

• Monthly Microsoft Server patching and updating
• User account terminations and closures
• Workstations Patching Management
• Checking daily alerts on Antivirus console
• Monitoring and Reacting to Systems Alerts emails
• Support current and future I.T projects such as software and hardware solutions and upgrades to existing infrastructure (i,e Telephony, Network, Peripherals, etc)

 

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with Systems Administrations on Windows and Linux Networks
• Demonstrated experience with Email systems, MS Exchange
• Management of Enterprise Vault
• Experienced with Telephony systems, especially On-Premise Cisco Call ManagerWebEx
• Demonstrated experience Antivirus management
• Experience in installation and support of medium and large networking.
• Understanding of Security
• Solid experience in remotely logging onto switches, servers, etc.
• Network and Systems equipment experience.
• Any Microsoft and or Cisco Certification would be highly advantageous
