Our Client, NSW Government is seeking to appoint a Senior Business Analyst to join the department on an initial 12 month contract basis. Possibility of extension will be based on performance and business requirements.
The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in preparation of project Business cases, User requirements specifications, procurement and management of IT development services, testing and business change management.
The projects are being undertaken within the IT projects portfolio run by the information services units on behalf of a broad group of internal stakeholders.
Some experience with Risk management system, project management system and contract management system would be beneficial
Selection Criteria:
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent residency status essential
- Must have examples of detailed documentation
- Implementing Saas solution and working with vendors highly desirable
- At least 10 years demonstrated experience in working as an IT Business Analyst, including gathering and documenting requirements, assisting in the preparation of business cases and market investigation documents such as EOI’s and RFP’s.
- Developing and testing business change management documentation and facilitating those processes.
- Demonstrable capability with authoring reports, documents and submissions for executive level signoff.
- High level interpersonal and team management skills with a strong track record in stakeholder engagement.
