Technical Lead

My client in their own words are looking for a Rockstar Engineer (Team Lead) -

They are looking for a = team leader who has the ability to make complex problems disappear.

The Company

Software House with approx 100 in their engineering team with about 40-50 developers.

They have a range of products both on-prem and cloud-based. They are currently migrating a lot of existing clients from their on-prem software to their cloud-based product. 

They are currently going through a huge transformation and are looking for developers that want to take on this exciting challenge. 

In this role, you will work with a very collaborative team and have the chance to make a difference to an amazing product that is truly changing lives.
 
Your role will include:  

• Coaching and mentoring of team members 
• Provide guidance to architecture and design 
• Taking ownership for delivering modern software web products 
• Perform Scrum Master role within the team 

 
Skills & Experience:  

• Extensive knowledge of modern web frameworks 
• Fluent with a .Net C# stack 
• A deep understanding of the agile development values, principles and of course processes 
• You should have a thirst for writing high quality software for customers
