Level 3 Technical Support Officer
 
An exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Officer for 3 month contract with the chance for this to be extended. Based in the CBD, this role is with a client who values employees and promotes integrity and respect in the work place. Be a part of a team and be responsible for 3rd level support for the email system, Citrix environment and ongoing support of the test and development environments.
 
The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Information Technology as well as industry certifications (such and MCSE and ITIL)
  • Windows Server 2008, 2012
  • Microsoft Exchange 2010
  • VMWare vSphere v6.6
  • CLOUD computing methodologies
  • Monitoring tool technologies (FireScope Stratis in place)
  • Powershell Scripting
