About the role
The successful Senior Project Officer will be a high performer who is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of infrastructure changes across the branches.
You will maintain the financials, risks & issues, scheduling, resourcing, preparing PSG packs, review compliance reports and follow up PMs for action and coordinating meetings, minuting, following up actions.
This role would suit both a Project Officer ready to make the jump into a more Senior PO role or a Senior Project Officer who is ready to work towards an Associate Project Management role.
Skills and Experience
- Solid Project Officer/ Coordination experience across Infrastructure programs
- Program Scheduling capability
- Prior experience managing project financials
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent Time management skills (as they will be working on multiple projects)
- Financial services background (Desirable)
- The ideal candidate will also bring a strong can-do attitude and demonstrate a resilient and collaborative nature
