* 6 month contract *
• Experience with SAP (HR Payroll) and ServiceNow is a must.
• Troubleshooting OM/PA workflows.
• Running audit reports to identify root cause and putting counter measures in place to correct any issues.
• Experience with trouble shooting with master data and configuration issues.
• Testing system/configuration changes across quality assurance and pre-production environments.
• Running payroll validation reports on fortnightly basis and providing the results to payroll teams.
• Troubleshoot various scenarios arising from time to time to ensure execution of Payroll on timely manner.
• Analyse business requirements for any changes to be incorporated in existing system to cater their needs.
