This organisation specialises in digital delivery. They have been working with a number of well known companies to provide software engineering excellence. 

This role will provide further growth to the specialist team of agile consultants, working closely with a variety of technical and non technical clients.  

The person will mentor less experienced Business Analysts, work with platform teams to achieve desired outcomes in the world of digital delivery and experience. 

Key responsibilities also include:

•  Support product development initiatives.
• Lead Scrums and iterative processes.
• Provide customer insights and requirements.
• Manage delivery/development resources accordingly. 
• Facilitate workshops and discovery meetings.
• Provide solutions design/analysis

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, we are seeking:

• Hands on BA that has worked in software and product development projects.
• Practice agile delivery experience (SAFE/Scrum).
• People orientated and likes to communicate.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
• Sound problem solving skills. 
• Any BA certification or Agile certification ideal.
