Our technical CTP team is looking for a talented individual to step into the role of Senior Technical analyst.

The opportunity
The successful candidate will be a valued member of QBE’s Project team and will be pivotal to the continued compliance with the ever-changing CTP regulatory landscape across NSW, QLD and SA. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to the following:
- Assist in the development, maintenance, documentation and implementation of key policies and procedures for the conduct of IT activities and engagements;
- Follow correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases.
- Provide direction, guidance and technical expertise in the creation of Regulatory business requirements, QBE high level requirements, functional design documentation, technical design documentation and testing.
- Performing analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes, technology, etc.
- Support the Technical Manager in new technology implementations.
What does success look like?
- Comprehensive experience within the insurance industry, CTP (NSW + QLD) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of COBOL, Polisy applications and SQL is desired;
- Knowledge of Easytrieve, Supra DB, ENDEVOR, DBEDITOR, TSO, MVS, JES, ISPF, SDF, WSF2, DB2
