About the role
We are looking for experienced Carriage/Transition Managers to work on an enterprise - wide program for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the country.
The Successful candidates will be responsible for
Organisation Change Management
Business Implementation team engagement.
- Provide leadership, communication, guidance, and support to SMEs and stakeholders to ensure engagement and team support and resourcing for the program
- Ensure SMEs are available and actively participate, provide timely support, and reliable attendance at necessary workshops.
- Timely and reliable team review and sign off of program artefacts / deliverables
Shared accountability to drive on time, on budget, & on quality delivery on program objectives
- Support delivery objectives
- Delivery leadership
- Product team engagement
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in managing medium to large-scale Telco projects particularly involving Carriage and ICT
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability in effectively managing major organisational changes
- Clear communicator who is able to effectively build relationships with all levels of the organisation
- Experience with working in a telecommunications environment is essential
- Knowledge of Optus products including Voice and Data
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Ability to work to deadlines whilst planning, coordinating and delivering project
- Good decision-making and commercial savvy
