The role

• Consulting engagement to provide solution architecture expertise across a major IT separation and rebuild program for a South East Asian banking entity. 
• As the Solutions Architect you will be responsible for providing high level and detail design requirements to support each of the business streams.
• You will provide architectural input to the strategic direction of the program and work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to meet business objectives.
• You will be involved in providing cost estimates, vendor engagement and provide technology expertise to support all phases of the program.  

You

• Tertiary education and relevant industry certificates
• Extensive background within solution architecture and design
• Experience & knowledge in architecture frameworks and methodologies
• Broad knowledge across a range of technology considerations i.e business process, data, application, security and infrastructure 
• Integration architecture and data migration 
• Abreast of cloud migration / hosting 
• Ability to provide detailed solution design artifacts and granular solution view
• Highly developed consultation, negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Financial Services Industry background

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a new program initiative to re-platform core banking systems. The role would suit candidates who are available to travel overseas for extended periods of time
