Our client requires the assistance of an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Support person to join their small IT team based in CBD. This role is essential to the support of their internal applications and infrastructure. You will provide Level 1 support via telephone.
 
To apply for this role you will need the following skills and experience to be considered:
  • Min 6 months experience in level 1 support role
  • Experience in a Customer Service position is essential
  • Experience being able to speak in plain terms to explain technical IT issues to non-technical staff
  • Must have excellent communications skills and an eagerness to learn.
Technology Experience:
  • Proven experience in commercial call logging tools such as Microsoft System Centre Service Manager, ServiceNow, CA Service Desk or Remedy etc
  • Practical experience in managing and delivering to Service Management disciplines (e.g. ITIL V3)
  • Demonstrated track record/career in I.T.
  • Microsoft Operating Systems ( Windows 7 and Windows 10).
  • Microsoft Office 2010, 2016 and Office 365
  • Windows Server (Active Directory and MS Exchange)
