To apply for this role you will need the following skills and experience to be considered:
- Min 6 months experience in level 1 support role
- Experience in a Customer Service position is essential
- Experience being able to speak in plain terms to explain technical IT issues to non-technical staff
- Must have excellent communications skills and an eagerness to learn.
- Proven experience in commercial call logging tools such as Microsoft System Centre Service Manager, ServiceNow, CA Service Desk or Remedy etc
- Practical experience in managing and delivering to Service Management disciplines (e.g. ITIL V3)
- Demonstrated track record/career in I.T.
- Microsoft Operating Systems ( Windows 7 and Windows 10).
- Microsoft Office 2010, 2016 and Office 365
- Windows Server (Active Directory and MS Exchange)
