Our client is a large human resources company based in Brisbane who are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help them go to market for a bespoke Payroll system. As the Business Analyst, it will be your responsibility to analyse their current system, identify what it needs and work with vendors to discuss the product for delivery and implementation

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role as a business analyst and have ideally gone to market implementing a HR/Recruitment System
• Strong ability to thoroughly analyse a system, find out what it needs/what it does (bespoke, built in-house application)
• Ability to work out costs after going to market and implementing it
• Expereince communicating with vendors to discuss an opportunity to work with their product and how easy it is to facilitate changes
• Great communication skills and ability to map out the needs, requests and automation that is required by the hiring managers
• Ideally have some payroll expereince
