Skills and expertise required:
- At least 3 years professional experience
- Hands on experience providing technical support (Level 2)
- Good knowledge of desktop hardware
- Some knowledge of server hardware
- Good knowledge of Windows OS & office
- Experience in any of the following - Networking, Wifi, Security, Azure, Private Cloud (VMWare / Citrix), Video Conferencing, VOIP
- Incident classification and logging
- Remote user support
- Application support
- Desktop and Laptop builds
- Incident ownership and escalation
- Liaise with vendors and other third parties to arrange repair of faulty equipment or service
- Server hardware builds
- Ensure response and resolution targets are met
