Our client is currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their well established organisation which services the community on a daily basis. Excellent customer service skills are a must and technical knowledge is essential. This role will be bridging the gap between technology and business and using it as an enabler.This is a diverse role where you will need to be proactive and take initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Support IT services and software (Anti-virus, security updates, backups, etc.)
- Going inter site to meet with vendors
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluate new technology in accordance with business units
- Friendly and effective customer service
- Support and maintain network infrastructure (cabling, switches, etc)
- Train other members of staff
- Elements of Analysis
- Windows 10 knowledge
- Industry certification (MCSA, MCSE, etc)
- Strong IT Help Desk Analyst experience
- Experience working with broad clientele
- Experience working under ITIL methodology is desirable
- Outstanding communication skills
- Outstanding customer service/facing skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Analytical, logical, structured problem solver
- Problem solver - Be able to resolve queries autonomously
- Mitel Experience (Desirable)
- Not For Profit experience (Desirable)
Please note it will require a minimum of 1 months fully paid for training based in Melbourne which can be flexible.
