I have an exciting opportunity with a great client, who are looking for a Salesforce CRM Specialist to join their growing team! 

The purpose of this role is to support and provide solutions to the team to make sure the Salesforce CRM is utilised to continue the growth of Marketing activities, and lead acquisition across the Marketing division. The perfect candidate will be ready to take on the challenge of guiding the business on CRM strategy, Development and Implementation. 

Responsibilities of this role include- 

• Stakeholder Management- This is a large aspect of this role so it is important you can build rapport and communicate effectively.
• You will be an expert on the Salesforce platform- with sound knowledge of how to integrate the platform.
• If you are technical with the Salesforce platform from a configuration or Development perspective, that would be great.
• You will look to provide solutions to the business.
• Analytical in your approach, able to interpret data, map trends from a Marketing perspective and make recommendations where necessary.
• Experience in Marketing platforms including Salesforce Marketing cloud or Marketo, would be highly regarded. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Salesforce certifications will be highly regarded.
