Our company requires a Test Lead Consultant to join our team working onsite with one of our financial services clients. 

In your role as Test Lead you will be managing a small team of Test Analysts and responsible for delivering the test planning and test execution for a number of releases. You will also be required to report back on progress to the Program Director and key stakeholders on a regular basis.

Ideally you will have 5-7 years plus TL experience as well as strong financial services testing experience. Automation testing experience is favourable along with the ability to provide benefit through automation to a program of work.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong Test Lead skills
• Banking or financial services experience
• Solid experience writing test documentation
• Ability to manage a team of Test Analysts on a day to day basis
• Strong knowledge of test management tools (Jira) is essential
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and liaising with interfacing testing teams
• Proven track record in working to tight deadlines and delivering quality
• Strong test methodology skills including Agile  
• Automation experience is not essential but very desirable.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
