The Role:

The Professional Services Manager will be responsible for the Technical delivery of Network, Security, Platform & Cloud Solutions to clients. This includes directing and managing the technology implementation teams, based on a selection of industry leading partner products, tailored to client needs. The team includes a lead for each customer implementation, technical specialists and Implementation resources, working closely with Project Managers & Solutions Consultants.
  
Key to the role is co-ordination & tight integration with the Project Management team, Technical Consulting, Service Delivery & Managed Services leads (where the client represents an existing/new Managed Service customer); providing technical leadership and empowering the Professional Services team to adapt dynamic delivery needs.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Appropriate Tertiary qualifications and / or relevant Industry certifications
• ITIL experience and qualification is preferred
• Over 5 years demonstrated experience in a Service Delivery management role.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with a range of key stakeholders
• Must have a strong technical background to support a clear understanding of the technical services provided to Clients, with an eye to Continuous Improvement opportunities
• Ability to collate and utilise relevant information to drive problem resolution and achieve business outcomes
• Proven experience managing complex, time-dependent deliverables and working in a fast-paced environment whilst balancing competing priorities
