About Us
Consultants at Readify are known for discovering the latest and greatest in technologies, mastering their nuances, and influencing our clients and our community with their potential.
Currently, we're expanding our capability to delivery high quality UX end to end. We're working with Tier 1 clients to define the right problems to solve, and deliver solid UX and usability in agile teams. Our Design practice draws on the fundamentals, including qualitative research, personas, rapid prototyping, wireframing/storyboarding and usability testing. We analyse usage data and traffic patterns and employ an agile mindset, beyond the rituals. We're software-agnostic (but have found success with Sketch, Photoshop, InVision, and the irreplaceable Sharpie).
About You
We're looking for someone who is self-driven, curious and able to solve complex problems.
Ideally, you:
- Know the difference between UX and UI
- Have experience working in an Agile environment
- Are a strong influencer and take a consultative approach to dealing with clients
- Can lead a discovery engagement to uncover and define the right problems to solve
- Can lead a team to solve problems in:
- The User Experience
- The Client's Business
- The Design Process itself
You may have some experience with Business Model design/Lean Canvas, product management/strategy, and/or story mapping.
Why Readify?
We're a Microsoft Gold Partner, and are a subsidiary of Telstra. This means you'll enjoy a greater variety of challenging projects, the opportunity to work alongside some of the smartest people in the country, and access to a range of Readify and Telstra perks. We also invest heavily in our people, offering substantial Toolkit Allowances and paid professional development. You'll be part of a community where continuous learning and improvement isn’t just enabled, but expected.
If you like the sound of us, hit apply! We'd love to learn more about you.
