You will be part of a Level 1 & 2 support team based in Sydney that is responsible for resolving complex SAAS issues for external & internal partners

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and supporting a cloud environment 
  • Solving reported malfunctions in a timely manner and at high quality
  • Analyzing of logs and symptoms to identify service issues
  • Managing web servers 
  • Setting up new customers and installations
  • Work with the support team to resolve complex issues

Requirements

  • Degree in IT
  • Experience with Powershell is highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills
