You will be part of a Level 1 & 2 support team based in Sydney that is responsible for resolving complex SAAS issues for external & internal partners
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and supporting a cloud environment
- Solving reported malfunctions in a timely manner and at high quality
- Analyzing of logs and symptoms to identify service issues
- Managing web servers
- Setting up new customers and installations
- Work with the support team to resolve complex issues
Requirements
- Degree in IT
- Experience with Powershell is highly desired
- Excellent communication skills
