About the Role

Embedded within the feature team(s) you will be responsible for building a well-oiled delivery machine, ensuring the team always have work and fine-tuning the machine. Working closely with the agile team you will play an influential part in rolling out the agile mindset throughout the organisation.

What You Are Responsible For

• Collectively accountable with the team for the output of value for every iteration.
• Ensuring the flow of work in and out of the team is consistent. 
• Providing visibility of the work within the team.
• Enabling the team to be as efficient as they can be.
• Surfacing cross team dependencies and minimizing delivery risks.
• Facilitation of agile ceremonies.
• Protecting the team from unnecessary distractions.
• Delivery of new products or enhancements from the ideation stage to our customers.
• Remove impediments and blockers quickly and efficiently.
• Coaching the team on agile principles.
