Reporting to the Organisational Change Manager, the Change Analyst will work collaboratively with both Change and Program Leadership to deliver and support effective change management activities across this program.
The environment will best suit an experienced professional with excellent verbal and written communications and a down to earth stakeholder approach – a real doer who is happy to get in, roll their sleeves up.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Demonstrated experience with O365/IT Infrastructure Uplift projects/End User Computing
- Thorough understanding of the role and scope of change management and enabling tools, methods, measures and frameworks and their application in end to end change delivery
- Demonstrated experience working in large transformational change programs and a fast paced project environment
- Experience in change communications and/or training development and delivery
- Intermediate to advance knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Strong analysis skills
- Familiarity with key business communication and survey tools including SharePoint & Survey Monkey along with social media platforms e.g. Yammer
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written skills
