Your role of Senior Product Manager plays a key role in the organisation working very closely with tech and design team to create products  impact. 

About the Role:
As the Senior Product Manager, you will be highly competent and have had exposure to a different domains through out your career. You will be able to work on a product from the concept and validation stage right the way through to build and launch. You will have exposure of building MVP's in an agile cross functional teams environment.

This is an exciting role for someone that wants to work on new products and where you see your products in the market place within a very short space of time. 
  
Responsibilities:

• As the Senior Product Manager you will be able to up-skill domains knowledge quickly, identifying the trends and opportunities to improve the pain points.
• You will be able to work in a lean MVP team environment,
• You will be working very closely with the design and engineering teams.
• You will mentor, collaborate and coach other product managers to up skill their lean startup/ agile/ user-centred design knowledge.
• You will have a strong customer focus and have experience of conducting interviews with stakeholders and end users to gain insights into actionable next steps.
• You will be a passionate Product Management and be able to define, de-risk and execute against company objectives.

Minimum qualifications:

• You will have a extensive Product Management experience
• You will have worked across different domains in your Product Management career
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps
• You will have worked in a Lean and agile startup environment 
• You have developed an MVP from end to end
