The Technical Writer will be responsible for developing user guides and training manuals as part of delivering the training program for the eSourcing and Contract Management solution.
The Technical Writer will be required to reference and review the Project documentation, extract screen shots from the system, develop user manuals based on agreed business processes and develop training packages in readiness for delivering the training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop user guides, training manuals and other training materials
- Assist in the documentation of new or updated procurement and contract management policy and frameworks
- Format material produced to be in line with the audience specific and simple language
- Identify and communicate risks and issues as they arise and work collaboratively to mitigate or resolve them respectively
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations
To be successful in this role you must have the below skillset:
- Proven experience in the development or taining manuals, training materials, procedures, guidelines and operational reference guides
- Advanced writing, editing, communication and presentation skillsincluding knowledge of technical documentation principles
- Demonstarted experience and capability in establishing effective stakeholder relationships.
