We are seeking a Systems Engineer to provide BAU Support for our Government Client. Immediate start through to November.
This will include:
- Desktop Support
- Level 3 issue resolution
- Packaging software applications
- Download, analysis and testing
- Patching and deployment updates
- Interfacing between the infrastructure, communications and desktops teams
- Well documented environment
To secure and succeed in this contract, you will need:
- level 3 Window desktop support
- Incident and Request support
- desktop application support focussed
- SCCM advanced
- Citrix Cloud and McAfee endpoint preferred
- Attention to detail
- Experience in the above technologies, showing increased skills and responsibility.
- Initiative and self-starter approach is key, however.
