Full time position, salary from $38,417.60 pa Castle Hill, NSW 2154
Our company (Talman) delivers software solutions to all sectors of the Wool Industry.
We are seeking an enthusiastic HSC or TAFE Graduate to assist with Software and basic IT support.
Any previous experience dealing with customers will be highly regarded, but not necessary.
You need to be thoroughly familiar with the Microsoft Windows desktop environment, and be able to quickly learn new applications at a functional and technical level.
Knowledge of Basic IT and Windows software is important.
Your job will be to ensure our clients receive immediate responses to their support requests, therefore effective communication by phone and email with good organisational skills are essential.
Using initiative you will develop a solid understanding of our products both through individual experimentation and by learning from experienced colleagues.
