The company:
This giant are currently undergoing a huge internal IT transformation, with a strong focus on adopting an Agile, and Automation culture in development, test and release.

The role:
In this newly created role, you will drive the recruitment and direction of internal test teams on a variety of new projects. Typical duties will see you build the team from scratch, create test plans and strategy, ensuring that test projects are on-time and of the highest quality.

The successful applicant will have: 

• A strong background in Program Test Management - ideally 10 years+
• Extensive experience in managing the delivery of Testing teams working on multiple projects.
• Experience working in Agile / Automation / TDD environments.
• Strong exposure to test tools
• An ambitious and deadline-focused attitude

The initial term will be 12 months with on-going extensions based on individual performance.
