About the role:

We are looking for a Level 1 or Level 2 Support Analyst to join our Sydney CBD team on a permanent basis. You will join an experienced and professional team who will give you all the training and support you need to be successful.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintenance of our client facing systems and internal software packages
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
  • Work directly with Software Developers, Testers, System Engineers and internal and external customers
  • Create and maintain end-user documentation on product software
  • Assist in development of reports to clients & operational units
  • Communicate system development and changes effectively to the business and clients
About you:
  • IT qualifications and/or IT support experience
  • Exposure to SQL Management Studio and Linux is beneficial
  • Industry product knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (a must)
  • Strong customer focus
  • Have a desire to learn new technologies and systems  
  • Be a strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Be able to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines
