About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you’ll ensure that our software implementations with clients are successful and that they are receiving the best possible solutions and outcomes. If you’re a passionate advocate for the end user, believe in building effective professional relationships that aim to ensure your clients truly understand the value of the product and can utilise them to their fullest, then this is the role for you!
In this role, you’ll work on multiple projects and the role requires leading or managing projects and services including those responsible for software implementation, configuration, process re-engineering and issue resolution. You’ll have ICT program oversight and act as project manager for sales proposals, statements of work, pricing and costing models, project scheduling and are ensuring that performance is achieve, along with revenue and profitability targets.
You'll be a major contributor in providing vision, leadership and design expertise to facilitate the design and delivery of our solutions and deliverables.
This role will ensure you gain one of a kind health industry exposure with top-tier access and training on our cutting-edge products and you will have a great opportunity to make a real difference for our clients within Healthcare.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Strong commercial project management experience; budgeting, documentation, resource management, leading team and negotiation skills.
- Clinical application implementation experience is a hugely advantageous.
- Healthcare experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and troubleshooting issues involved with implementation.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and communication.
- Experience in being able to suggest and negotiate alterative to reach a successful outcome for all parties.
- Ability to demonstrate that you are results driven and able to motivate in the face of challenges.
- Ideally have a Professional Project Management certification - Prince 2 or PMP.
- Healthcare industry experience is advantageous.
- Must be willing to travel within Australia if required.
