Based at our National Support Centre in South Yarra, and reporting to the IT Manager, you will work as the lead Dynamics AX Functional Analyst supporting multiple sites in Australia and New Zealand.
  
What does this role require?

You will be looked upon as the subject matter expert on:

• implementing and representing business requirements with creative configuration.
• advising on usage and identifying gaps between AX processes and business operations.
• configuring, preparing, testing, debugging and supporting Dynamics AX modules.
• highlighting issues, providing ongoing support to users and resolution of projects and issues.

  
What experience and skills do I need?

• The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, and have relevant tertiary qualifications. 
• You will have worked with ERPs previously, and it is critical that you have participated in one end-to-end implementation experience using Dynamics AX. 
• You will have proven process mapping experience, have exposure and understanding of middleware and be able to document business processes.
• A strong knowledge of Finance, Trade & Logistics, Retail and Warehousing modules will be highly regarded. 
• You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (being able to translate IT jargon into appropriate language is critical!), be able to work independently and prioritise your own work.
