Our client, a global technology company and market leader in their field, is looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join their team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing company where you will be challenged and have the opportunity to work across a range of platforms and technologies. The role will involve a mix of both project and BAU/operational tasks.
  
You will be tasked with the responsibility of providing 3rd level support, ownership of both internal and customer networks, projects and play a pivotal role in developing and delivering innovative and quality products.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background working with Cisco, however an understanding of Juniper particularly when it comes to switching is highly desirable.  The environment is multi-vendor so experience and willingness to learn across different platforms is key. 
  
Key skills sought:

• Knowledge and experience supporting Cisco, Juniper and Fortinet networking equipment
• Experience with IPSEC VPN on Cisco
• Experience with BGP, OSPF, DNS, VPN
• Experience with MPLS networks
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems

  
You will be a good problem solver and someone who is eager to keep up to date and work with different technologies.  Strong communication skills (both verbal and written English).
