Our client is urgently seeking for an experienced Level 2/3 Office 365 Support Engineer for 3 month initial contract based in Sydney CBD.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide Pre-& Post Deployment Office 365 support to all staff
• Ownership and management of Office 365 end user support incidents to resolution
• Creation of Support Guides and Knowledge Articles to assist staff and support team.
• Assist Office 365 Project team with O365 deployment issues.
• Assist with Windows 7 & O365 proof of concept testing support and 2nd and 3rd Level desktop support

 Essential skills and experience:

•  Experience using Office 365 Email, Office suite and sharing files and collaboration tools.
• Exposure to Office 365 deployments on Windows 7 & Windows 10
• Active Directory user and group administration experience
• Desktop Support or End User computing support experience
• Strong experience with Windows 7 & Windows10 troubleshooting
• Knowledge of SCCM administration
• Experience using Incident Management systems such as ServiceNow
