An exciting opportunity exists for a Training and Implementation Consultant.

The role involves providing training to customers both in Victoria and Interstate, conducting application testing, providing low level technical support as the primary customer contact both through on-site visits and phone support.  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential to prepare training schedules, documentation and promote effective user-focused support.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to take ownership of customer issues and see requests through to completion.  You will genuinely enjoy assisting others to learn and possess a passion for learning and self-development.

Responsibilities include:

• Training Users (Metro and Interstate)
• Delivery of Training programs
• Co-ordination of Implementations
• Provide 1st level support 
• Maintain Documentation
• Testing of Applications

Key Attributes

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience as a Trainer
• Enjoys travel
• Current drivers license
• Knowledge of Microsoft .Net applications
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports and MS Reporting Services
• Knowledge of Local or State Government processes
