An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated, self-driven Application Support Developer to join our national team in South Geelong! Our small development team is responsible for the delivery of software, web, and reporting solutions to meet the needs of the Employment Services division of Advanced Personnel Management (APM).

Day in the life…
- Manage and resolve 2nd level technical and user support from Australia and New Zealand
- Be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of daily management reports
- Analyse recurring issues and identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain useful knowledge base articles, ‘how to’ guides and other training material
- Develop, test, maintain and deploy quality custom-built software solutions (.Net, C#, MSSQL)
- Escalate complex issues to the development team
- Exposure working with the latest web technologies within a small collaborative team
- Opportunity to work across a range of products and technologies
We’re looking for someone with…
- Exceptional time-management skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Aptitude for learning new technology systems and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Genuine passion for developing robust, efficient and flexible web solutions
- Strong focus on visual sophistication, communication and simplification
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent; or relevant experience
