These services are provided to a range of multi-tier clients who require niche technical expertise.
  
We are looking for multiple experienced Agile Business Analysts to support projects across multiple streams of work including data & analytics, fraud and compliance.
  
Mandatory skills

• At least 5 years’ experience working in a Business Analyst role
• Extensive experience working within an Agile environment and demonstrable experience applying this in projects, for example driving sprints
• Experience using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is highly regarded for these roles
• Strong communication & engagement skills with various stakeholders. i.e. business users, vendors ect.
• Experience collaborating with product managers to refine feature backlogs
• Strong consulting skills, collaborating within the project environment and involved in delivering workshops.
• Experience working with requirements elicitation, gap analysis, technical solution design (review) and delivery.
• Experience running workshops and facilitation of detailed reports
• Good database skills with SQL and familiar with XML 

Desirable skills

• Prior experience working/acting as a Scrum Master
• Experience across data modelling, data structures and data analysis
• Experience with ETL and related tools such as IBM Datastage, Teradata or Informatica
• Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Cognos
• Motivated self-starter, team player, and ability to work independently
• Proven experience supporting management delivering upon task level requirements. I.e. concurrent tasks to support aggressive project delivery outcomes.
